I am looking to buy a rental home in Ponce Inlet as an investment. Does Waverly Property Group have any inventory that fits the following parameters:

3 Bedroom, minimum of 2 baths, minimum of 2 car garage, minimum of 1800 square feet, pool and located on the southern end of Ponce Inlet near the Lighthouse. My maximium amount is $280,000.00 and the home must need minimal work.
