I have spent time there thanks to my clients, and it is such a unique town. The only complaints I have had was regarding the shopping, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place! I love the proximity of the river and the ocean and how there are parks to enjoy both. Great planning for the residents of this truly Florida town! I have lived in Ormond by the Sea for over 5 years now, and so many people drive thru without much thought. I love the peaceful lifestyle, friendly neighbors, and quiet stretch of beach. I have no complaints about this town! It is true there are not many shops and restaurants, but each one is a small town favorite. It is still close to Granada, but far enough that the traffic is never a complaint. I love bringing my kids to this beach...no cars, far less people, and amazing views! Plus, just a short walk down my street and I am at the Intracoastal! There are several beautiful "sunset parks" for everyone here to enjoy. I know I enjoy them regularly! There are affordable homes and condos here, and some really beautiful neighborhoods. I hope everyone gives Ormond by the Sea another look! Thanks for noticing it Waverly Property Group! Oh, by the way, my neighbor has their home listed with you and says they are very happy with Waverly. I hear they are also renting their home with you.
